FESS® Little Noses is a gentle saline solution that loosens and thins mucus to help clear a blocked nose, so your baby can breathe easier, naturally. It’s non medicated so can be used as often as needed, from the day your baby’s born.
FESS® Little Noses works by loosening and thinning nasal mucus and moisturising dry nasal passages. This helps to clear stuffy noses, allowing your baby to breathe easier. The spray is preservative and additive free.
It also comes with a FESS nasal aspirator to gently remove excess mucus. This aspirator is a rubber bulb syringe with a soft tip designed to gently suction the mucus (loosened by FESS® Little Noses Saline Solution) from your baby’s nose. Since babies cannot clear their noses as we do, the suctioning effect of the aspirator has the same effect as blowing, to clear mucus congestion. Using the nasal aspirator to remove mucus will help avoid the harshness of tissues.
Available in:
15 mL Spray
15 mL Spray with Aspirator
In order to breathe, babies must get rid of the mucus clogging their nasal passages. But because babies can’t blow their nose, they rely on you to provide the appropriate help. Using FESS® Little Noses Saline Drops or Spray can help clear stuffy noses and thin nasal mucus to help your baby breathe easier, naturally.
Clearing your babies congested nose with FESS® Little Noses will also help to clear out allergy-causing microscopic particles of dust and pollen that cling to their inner nasal membranes.
FESS Little Noses Spray is ideal for older babies who tend to wriggle around a lot.

Directions
How to use FESS® Little Noses Saline Nasal Spray
Hold your baby upright, place the nozzle at the entrance of each nostril.
Depress the spray pump. Apply 1 to 3 sprays per nostril.
Gently wipe mucus from the baby’s nose to prevent skin irritation. Alternatively, a nasal aspirator can be used to gently clear loosened mucus without the harshness of tissues.
This process should be done before you put your baby to sleep at least 15 minutes before a feed so that your baby can breathe and suck at the same time.
How to use FESS® Little Noses Aspirator
The easy to use spray pump has been specifically designed to produce a soft spray ideal for little noses.
Hold the aspirator in one hand (away from the baby’s nose) and expel air from the bulb BEFORE you place the tip at the entrance of your baby’s nostril.
Gently place the tip of the aspirator at the entrance of the nostril, pointing towards the back of the nose.
Gradually let the air back into the bulb. The suction will pull mucus out of the nose into the bulb.
Squeeze the mucus out of the bulb onto a tissue.
Repeat this procedure with the other nostril. When you have finished, clean the aspirator with warm soapy water, rinse and air dry for continued use.
This process should be done before you put your baby to sleep and at least 15 minutes before a feed so that baby can breathe and suck at the same time.
Remember to always use as directed and consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Use 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril as often as needed

Simple and effective
The Fess saline nasal spray works well to help loosen blocked noses. I use it every time my daughter is sick to help clear the build up of mucus in her nose. This helps her to sleep more soundly and improves her general mood. I like to use the aspirator with the spray as it helps extract the mucus quickly. Highly recommended!

An essential for all parents
My second baby is a winter baby, combine that with an older sibling who goes to childcare and before we knew it we had our first newborn cold. With my first being a summer baby I was a bit oblivious when it came to knowing what to buy to help my baby.
Thankfully the pharmacy assistant pointed me in the direction of Fess Little Noses Nasal Spray. It was so simple to use, my baby tolerated it really well, and most importantly it was effective.
As we enter the cold and flu season I will definitely be recommending this product to all my gorgeous soon-to-be mum friends.

Love FESS Little Noses
This was recommended to me by a mum and I have now used this with both of my children. I have found it to be affordable and good value for money. It is gentle on baby yet effective and quick.
There is nothing worse than a baby who is struggling to breathe because of so much gunk in their noses. It has helped both my children who have struggled through the winter months with a stuffy nose.

I rarely give full 5-star reviews but …
Another cold, another chance to use Little Noses Nasal spray. My little one seems to have remembered the relief that it brought her last time we used it because there was absolutely no fuss with any application within the few days we were using it. I’d ask her if she’d like some nose spray and she’d lay down and wait for me to spray it. Seriously, I don’t think there’s anything I can add to convince someone of this product’s worth because my daughters actions have said it all. Hence the 100% 5-star review.
