When to Use

For the relief of nasal dryness due to:

• Dry climate and air-conditioned environments
• Cold & flu
• Age related nasal dryness
• Nasal surgery
• Certain nasal and acne medication
• Oxygen and CPAP

Ingredients

Main ingredients:

Pure sesame oil

Menthol

Eucalyptus

Does not contain:

Hydroxybenzoates or other preservatives

Directions

Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen.
Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while inhaling.
Repeat in other nostril.
Gentle pinch the nostrils together.

Dosage

Adults and Children over 12 years:
1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 3 times daily or as needed
