A deep cleansing, non-medicated hypertonic saline wash that helps relieve nasal congestion and sinusitis.
A hypertonic solution is ‘saltier’ than regular saline to gently draw liquid out of the sinuses and help break down this mucus. The higher salt concentration also helps with severe swelling and mucus build up.

FESS® Nasal and Sinus Wash Extra Strength Hypertonic Wash is a non-medicated nasal and sinus wash. FESS® Nasal and Sinus Wash Extra Strength consists of pre-mixed dry powder sachets. When mixed with warm water, each 6.3 g sachet will produce 200mL of alkaline buffered, mild hypertonic saline wash.
